I recently purchased two new ATV's at Performance Yamaha. I had the pleasure of being treated with professional courtesy by your salesman, Ben. I needed a medium sized utility ATV for my wife which was capable of plowing snow. I am in the Army, and currently deployed in Iraq, so I am unable to handle the plowing duties myself. Ben suggested the Big Bear 400 4X4 IRS.
I had already read a bit about the Big Bear and my wife liked the features, so I decided to buy it. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The excellent service didn't end with your sales staff, either.
While your service department was preparing to install the snowplow, they discovered the mounting bracket wouldn't work, due to a disign change on the 07 model big bear. With the new IRS, the bracket wouldn't fit. In my experience, this would have been enough for most dealers to tell me I couldn't fit a plow to that model, and attempt to "upsell" to a bigger ATV. Your service department was determined to supply me with the model I wanted though, and sent the bracket out to a machine shop to be modified to fit the Big Bear. The plow works flawlessly, and the ATV is a perfect fit for my wife.
Your knowledgeable, professional sales and service staff have won you a customer for life. I returned a week later to purchase a Grizzly 80 for my son. Upon my return from Iraq, I plan to visit again to pick up an ATV for myself.
